My stay at the West Hotel was overall enjoyable, with a great location and clean, stylish rooms. However, I was disappointed with the lack of complimentary perks for Hilton Honors members, which felt a bit lacking compared to my usual experiences. The breakfast offerings left a bit to be desired, but the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and pleasant.

The location was fantastic, close to Darling Harbour and a bunch of restaurants, but the dining options and some service left a lot to be desired. I loved the clean and stylish room, but I did run into some trouble with the breakfast arrangements that really affected my overall impression.
